If your kids are in a Magnet Program in Montgomery County, Sen. Frosh and Madaleno want to charge you an extra busing fee. However they don’t want to charge other kids that are bussed. This is a tax on Smart Kids. In addition to the Gas Tax Hike they want this year.

Tell them you don’t want to pay a higher gas tax and a Smart Kids Tax in busing fees for MONTGOMERY COUNTY Magnet Students only. Yes, that is right this will only effect Montgomery County Families.
